Cash Book Receipts
Introduction
Cash Book Receipt Excelerator allows Sage 200 Receipts to be entered in Excel.

To use Cash Book Vatable Receipt Excelerator, the user must have access to the "Nominal Vatable Receipt" feature in Sage.
To use Cash Book Non-Vatable Receipt Excelerator, the user must have access to the "Nominal Non-Vatable Receipt" feature in Sage.

Standard Templates
Templates are working examples of Excel worksheets for use with Excelerator. You can use the standard templates as they are, amend them using the Template Designer, or create your own templates from scratch.
Codis provides a single template workbook: S200CBReceiptTemplate.xlsx. You can, of course, amend this template or create your own. (See Designing Templates ).
The S200CBReceiptTemplate.xlsx includes these worksheets, which allow:
- Single_NonVAT-ForeignCur - Single non-vatable receipt with Foreign Currency.
- Single_VAT-ForeignCur -Single Vatable receipt with Foreign Currency.
- Multiple_NonVAT-ForeignCur - Multiple non-vatable receipts with Foreign Currency.
- Multiple_VAT-ForeignCur - Multiple Vatable receipts with Foreign Currency.
- Single_NonVAT-LocalCur -Single non-vatable receipt with Local Currency.
- Single_VAT-LocalCur -Single vatable receipt with Local Currency.
- Multiple_NonVAT-LocalCur -Multiple non-vatable receipts with Local Currency.
- Multiple_VAT-LocalCur -Multiple Vatable receipts with Local Currency.
Options
Don't clear header ranges
If this is ticked, when the Clear All menu option is selected, the header ranges (single cell ranges) will not be cleared.
Ignore receipts with zero gross amount
If this option is not ticked, any zero gross amount receipts found will be treated as an error.
If this option is ticked, any zero gross amount receipts found will be ignored.
Saving
You can use Standard template (S200CBReceiptTemplate.xlsx) or create your own templates also for Cash Book receipts.
The multiple tabs in template are mentioned above.
Calculate Values
The Calculate Values option will populate values on your cask book receipt. Values already entered will not be overwritten.
As values (Gross/Goods) can depend on the bank currency, these should be entered before clicking the Calculate Values button.
